OUR  JOURNEY

Tiempo de Salsa was created by Jerry who has been dancing Salsa, Bachata, and other Afro-Latin dance styles for over a decade. Tiempo de salsa is now run on a full time basis by Jerry, hosting monthly salsa classes, workshops, and parties in Mottram St Andrew (Cheshire), South Manchester, and  Kendal (Cumbria).

Our vision and  purpose has always been to inclusively bring lovers of dancing together to have a great time learning, building connections and creating memories. ​Through our network of, and partnerships with reputable teachers, DJs and event organisers, we strive to break new grounds in bringing salsa to a new group of audience, and improve access to salsa classes and socials by,  creating monthly workshops and classes in towns and cities that do not have an established salsa scene. ​

As a team of dancers,  it has always been a pleasure to see fellow established and new dancers having a great time with a big beautiful smile on the dance floor. You are guaranteed to have fun at our parties and classes. Your age, race, sexual orientation,  background and societal status are irrelevant. You will always be welcomed with open arms, friendship, and laughter.
